Insurance and Fees

I'm an in-network provider with the following plans:
• BC/BS, including Anthem, Capital Blue, Excellus, Empire, etc.
• Highmark WNY
• Independent Health
• Medicare
• Geisinger
• I do not currently accept Medicaid or Medical Assistance plans

My billing manager will submit claims to your insurance plan and you are responsible for the co-pay and/or deductible.

If I do not accept your insurance plan then these services may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits, medical spending, or health care savings account.

Because health insurance plans and benefits vary, we recommend you give your health insurance customer service number a call and inquire about your in-network or out-of-network behavioral health benefits to understand your coverage for these services.

We will also verify your coverage prior to your first appointment and provide you with a good faith estimate of the cost.
